How does a consultation work?
We work with clients in Encinitas, California or anywhere in the world via phone as well as Skype.

During your initial phone consultation we will review your Health History Forms and Seven Day Food and Sleep Journal and make recommendations for lab tests that are appropriate for your specific health issues.

A lab test allows us to determine the root cause of your problem. It may require a collection of stool, urine, saliva, or blood. All lab collections are done in the privacy of your own home. Once the specimens are collected, they are sent to the lab. Once the lab receives the specimen, the turnaround time is approximately seven to ten working days. Interpretation of the results will be discussed in a follow up appointment. We will fine tune nutrition, implement a Therapeutic Support Plan with supplements, and discuss lifestyle recommendations. Subsequent consultations are scheduled to monitor your progress and to modify your program.
